Musée-Conservatoire des Tres Cantous offers the following services (prices inclusive of all taxes):
- Guided tour for adults: €10 per person (approximately 1h30 per museum)
- Guided tour for children (under 12): €5 per person
- Museum Friend Card: €25 per year (unlimited visits during the season, access to both museums, event invitations)
- Group rate (10 or more people): €8.50 per person

4. Order and payment
Bookings are made online via the website's booking form. The customer selects the visit type, date, time slot and number of visitors, then provides their contact details.
Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform, PCI-DSS certified. Banking data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on the museum's servers.
Depending on the current configuration, payment may cover the full amount, a fixed amount or a deposit (percentage of the total). Any remaining balance is to be paid on site on the day of the visit.
A booking pending payment automatically expires after 30 minutes. After this period, the booking is cancelled and the customer may make a new one.
5. Order confirmation
After payment, the customer receives a confirmation email containing a booking code, a summary of the visit (date, time, number of visitors) and the amount paid. This email serves as proof of purchase. The customer is advised to present it on the day of their visit.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be provided on a specific date or period. Museum admission tickets, booked for a specific date and time slot, are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Cancellation and modification
For any cancellation or modification request, the customer is invited to contact the museum directly by phone at 05 81 02 44 89 or by email at info@museedestrescantous.com, as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation by the museum (exceptional weather conditions, force majeure, unavailability), the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of the amount paid online.
8. Opening hours and visit conditions
- In season (April to October): guided tours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 3:00 PM.

9. Personal data
Personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy. It is used exclusively for order processing and sending visit-related information.
10. Liability
Musée-Conservatoire des Tres Cantous undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the smooth running of visits. Its liability cannot be engaged in case of non-performance due to force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
The museum cannot be held liable for indirect damages, confirmation delays related to the payment provider, or issues with receiving confirmation emails.
